Junk Removal Cowboys was built out of frustration with the existing options — national franchises that quote you sky-high, and one-truck operators who don't pick up the phone. We're somewhere in the middle: small enough to care about your job, structured enough to handle a portfolio, and Texan enough to do the work the right way the first time.

Junk Removal Cowboys is part of the Optimistic Realty family of businesses based in Sugar Land, Texas. Our founder spent years on the real estate side — buying distressed property, working with sellers, and watching the same problem play out over and over: there's always trash to deal with, and the people you call to deal with it either ghost you, overcharge you, or both.
So we built our own crew. We bought the truck. We bought the trailer. We hired people who actually want to work. And we built it on the same principles we run every other business on: pick up the phone, quote the job honestly, and finish what you started.

Today, Junk Removal Cowboys serves residential and commercial customers across Greater Houston with same-day junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services. Our fleet is a lifted Nissan Frontier paired with a 6×10×3 (7K) dump trailer — 8.17 cubic yards of total single-trip capacity when we combine the trailer with the truck bed. Our service lines include garage cleanouts, full-house cleanouts, appliance haul-offs, mattress and furniture removal, hot tub removal, yard debris and storm cleanup, tenant turnover cleanouts, eviction haul-outs, REO trash-outs, estate cleanouts, and construction debris removal. We work with homeowners, property managers, realtors, REO and asset management firms, general contractors, remodelers, and probate attorneys. $175 minimum job, Net-30 billing available on approved B2B accounts.

A lifted Nissan Frontier paired with a 6×10×3 (7K) dump trailer gives us 6.67 cubic yards of trailer capacity plus 1.5 cubic yards in the truck bed — 8.17 cu yd total in a single trip. Big enough for most cleanouts in one run, agile enough for gated communities and narrow inner-loop driveways. We carry tarps, dollies, straps, hand tools, and PPE on every job.
